Most properties I have the pleasure of walking are “diamonds in the rough”, waiting for that special buyer to come nurture the land, tend the forest and promote the health of its wildlife. But every now and then, I step out of my rig and see the brilliance of a something that’s more than just a property. I see a real gem that was years in the making, where nothing was by accident, and the good times and memories can almost be heard whispering in the breeze. Hootin Owl Hollow Farm is one of those places. As you pull down the secluded driveway, you are greeted by neatly planted rows of Loblolly Pines. This soon gives way to a small, open field with an orchard of various fruits and several giant pecan trees.
