Iredell County had the most land and rural real estate for sale. There were 2,282 acres of sold land in North Carolina recorded in January 2019 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a 19 percent increase in sales activity over the previous month, with a combined land value of $7 million for all property and land sold in the state. The most land sales in the state last month were located in Columbus County.
