Eddie grew up in Lincoln County, Georgia. He attended Abraham Baldwin College in Tifton, Ga. and then transferred to University of Georgia where he received his degree in Agronomy. Selling real estate since 1971, Eddie began specializing in land sales in 1975. His love for the outdoors and life experience of growing up in rural Georgia have given him a instinctive ability to find and market desirable recreational and investment properties for his customers.
